Will weigh-in on Saturday, April 8th, and if I am correct on my numbers, I will need to lose almost 9 pounds, so I will just say 9 pounds. If I am less, then I will figure them again.
My BMI is 35, but I am not sure what you mean by ratio. I did do measurements for the rest of my body and it was very sad.

A) How many pounds will you lose to achieve your 5% weight loss?

To calculate your 5% (example):

Current weight X .05 = ________ pounds (or the amount of weight needed to meet 5% goal)

Current Weight - (minus) ________ (5% answer from above) = ________Target Weight

By When: June 3rd 2017

Example 199.9 X .05 = 10.0 pounds (5% goal)
199.9 - 10.0 = 189.9 pounds (target weight)

Target Weight: 189.9 pounds

B) Please update your data in My Trackers/Start/Edit Goals (under Track Weight button), Set Your Weight Goal
