I joined a few of them, going to do my best to keep up! How do you eat rutabagas? The only thing I've ever seen with them is pie!! That is awesome that you are craving veggies!! I crave them a lot, and miss having a lot of them raw, but with my digestion the way it is, I have to cook most of them or I get a really upset stomach. There are some exceptions like softer apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, the more juicy veggies.

Can you believe there are only two months left of this 2019 year and of this decade!? Determined I'm going to make it count! I just made it through a "wow" month of busy only slightly worse for the wear--I'm super tired and need to recharge, in the fray have lost a habit or two I'm working to regain this month, but didn't gain (maintenance is a wonderful friend in times of high stress) . My few habits lost included a bit of strength loss--which I'm pushing to regain, I hate that kind of loss!! Worked to hard to let that continue.

Just a bit of a comical NSV. I've seen that encouragement, and non-scale victories, are both so important to continuing. Yes, you're not where you want to be YET but you are also NOT where you started from--continuing often means celebrating the success along the way. And sometimes people just have to get creative about what a success looks like--it is not always traditional. My most unusual, new, and very FUNNY (to me anyway) non-scale victory? I woke up earlier this morning CRAVING rutabaga! Now how did that happen?!?!??!!! I'm NOT the sort of person who craves veggies, let alone rutabaga. Too funny!
