I am taking my exercising slowly. Hoping that next week he will let me go back to some of my exercise videos, in the meantime I continue doing the ones that I need to do for PT, and they are helping! Today I did 30 minutes

The only exercise I am getting right now is at PT. I am there for an hour doing a lot of leg stretching and riding on the New Step for 8 minutes. Next week the treadmill, if I can tolerate.

7/7-30 min Leslie Sansone video--6 min Ab workout--7 min Upper body ST

7/8- Rest Day

7/9- 30 minutes Curtis Adams Full body
10 minutes Leslie Sansone- Interval walking

7/10- 60 minutes of sweeping, raking and loading tree limbs and branches

7/11-Back is still screaming, think I will take it easy.
