Great challenge. I've been doing this all along!! Ha ha!

I read Jason Fung's Guide to fasting. Not sure when I want to go for a fast but his books says that if you don't snack you are doing your body a favor. I drink tea, black coffee, or water instead of snacking.

this is just what it says. No snacks. Why? data shows that our bodies spike insulin every time we eat ANYTHING. Its best to spike less frequently, and, unless we have a medical problem that states otherwise, 3 distinct meals a day is best.
so, do your best to stay within 3 distinct meals.
As always...just do your best. one post please, add to it daily. the point is to do your best. i've gotten into a bad habit of grabbing something...
