B- 10 glasses water

E- 90 minute walk

A- Added more protein

R- Rested and Relaxed for a half hour

T- Tracked my food all day

11/11: Today I have drank 10 glasses of water and tracked my food. I took a 90 minute walk but that is my usual top minute days.

Over the years I have learned to like water. I even like it straight from the faucet without ice! So getting my 8 cups in will be no problem.
