11/15 - Today I.....

Sat in silence for an hour and loved it

I took a 90 minute walk on the nature trails I enoyed all the wildlife I saw

I am starting to read the book You Are A Badass

11:11 - I have not done anything on the list. I do take a walk in the afternoons now that it is chilly in the mornings.

Even though I thought about setting our clocks back 1 hour before I went to bed I forgot to do it. When I remembered this morning I delighted in crawling back under my bed covers for a bit longer!
