Dance: I had terrible GERD before I went gluten free. Gluten caused me to have terrible pain throughout my body. I used to eat some gluten but kept getting ill. I avoid it now, close to 100 percent.

What do you do with apple cider vinegar? I take meds twice a day for acid reflux/GERD and i don't want to rely on meds all the time. I know I need to go back to GF 100%, I have a new GI doctor and he wanted to do an upper endoscopy and i ate gluten before that and have not really gone back to GF and i can feel it in my knees and being tired a lot.

Before I went gf I had gerd from meds that I was given and then when those did not work I used apple cider vinegar and kept doing it for a month until my digestive started working like it is suppose to. Did have a rebound from the stomach working again but baking soda helped with that.

Would love to hear from others who are successfully maintaining digestive health. I am finding it to be a huge challenge. GF, mostly sugar-free, and no caffeine, alcohol, carbonated beverages, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, hot spices, fatty or fried foods...
Oy.
