My BMI is .86 which is over and in the unhealthy range. No good!

I am a pear!

My B.M.I is 25.0

I am at low risk.

For my waist measurement I use my belly button so as to always have it accurate for me, this is what I used for calculation. For my hips I use the widest area.

I am going to work to get into the healthy BMI this time. I don't measure, but my clothes are very good at "telling" me where I am at.

There are so many fun ways to exercise, don't waste time on the other ones. Enjoy healthy, good food and skip the rest.

Well, this was interesting. I finally got around to taking my measurements. Sadly they are just about identical to the ones I recorded in 2013 emoticon . Also surprising is that the WHR says I am an Apple. I find that strange because I have a very hourglass shape.

I'm looking forward to some improvement in these areas!

This was easy because I had my measurements taken for me a couple weeks ago :) I'm an apple. The good news is that many of my measurements are an inch or more less than they were in March!

I always measure on the first day of the challenge, at the beginning of Week 5, and on the last day of the challenge. I have been doing a lot of strength training lately so I'm hoping to see some numbers drop!

I take my measurements monthly. It's a great way to see progress when the scale is not cooperating.
