PLANANAN I am not despairing. I am ECSTATIC! These pics, bad angle or not, are more than enough motivation to keep me pumped up for this challenge! I knew my clothes were looser across the shoulders and in the neckline, but wore my blouses loose anyway and stretch shorts, so the loss in the middle came as a complete and welcome surprise! I am OVER THE MOON!
From my highest weight, I have lost 61 pounds and just now beginning to see it in my middle. Had to go sooner or later because I have already lost all I can in my legs!

And yes, I feel like a million bucks!

I am not posting a "before" picture yet, but will get some workout clothes on to do so soon, so that I can wear the same outfit for the "after".

There are so many fun ways to exercise, don't waste time on the other ones. Enjoy healthy, good food and skip the rest.

Judy, does it feel more comfortable?
And remember the most critical person you know, when it comes to your looks, faces you up every morning in the bathroom mirror, and is not likely to see any change unless you've dropped 3 dress sizes. 5 inches from your waist is a good loss.
Would I could say I've lost that much.

Wow! What a difference a challenge makes! Below is before 5% Summer challenge starting weight 178 and now Before 5% Fall challenge weight 166.8 in same outfit. In my pictures they are too small to see. Looking for a photo program at a reasonable price that I can get and splice before and after together to make them easier to see.

We have done activities to help track our progress. Let's do one more for a Non-Scale Victory (NSV) - take a before picture this week and if you like you post it on your page. At the end of the challenge take another picture so you can see the difference 5% makes. Thinking of that future picture can help you visualize your success.

Save the outfit so you can wear it in your AFTER picture!
