I bet the chicken & gnocchi are scrumptious! Next trip to Dollar Tree, I am buying gnocchi. My mother always made gnocchi from scratch using leftover mashed potatoes. However, I was never taught.

Candied Kielbasa

Cut kielbasa link in bite-size pieces
Place in crockpot
Add grape jelly & BBQ sauce
Mix.
Cook on HIGH 4 hours.

Voila!

You might want to roll out of bed for these!

Here is a recipe I have got to make! Kind-of like a take on wedding soup, just a little different, no?

I love meatballs. However, until now, I knew only spaghetti and wedding soup with them!

I hope you like this Mexican meatball soup.

I braised country-style beef ribs (boneless chuck strips) again, cooking them for 4 hours on 160 degrees F in our $350.00 miracle pot (it is like a waterford, self-sealing lid). Christine bought it back in 1998 when we had big bucks. It works fine on our induction burner, with digital temp control. The only thing I use our pressure cooker for anymore is making spaghetti - get water boiling, drop in noodles, seal and take off heat for time to cook. I've yet to overdo noodles with this technique.

Crockpot French Toast

A good way to get rid of stale bread!

torn bread slices into pieces
10 eggs
cinnamon
vanilla extract
4 cups of milk
butter
pancake syrup

place torn bread pieces into crockpot.
In a bowl, mix eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and milk.
Pour mixture over bread.
Cook on HIGH 2 hours.

Serve with butter and pancake syrup!

Crockpot sausage, gravy & biscuits

Layer:

bottom with sausage
middle with gravy
top with jumbo buttermilk biscuits

Cook on HIGH 4 hours.

Serve!

Good for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Today I have decided to fix baked potatoes in the crockpot for dinner with a side of vegetables and fruit. Inexpensive and healthy along with baked potatoes choice of toppings also.

Wrap russets in aluminum foil.
Place in crockpot.
Cook on HIGH 4 hours.
Serve with choice of toppings.

Voila!

French Onion Soup

Onions
Chicken broth
Croutons
seasonings to taste.

Chop and dice onions.
Place in small crockpot.
Pour in a can of chicken broth then two to three cans of water.
Season to taste.
Cook on HIGH 4 hours.
Use dipper to place in bowl.
Top with croutons!

YUM

Easy or what?

Crockpot General Tso

chicken 1 inch pieces
minced garlic
brown sugar
soy sauce
crushed red pepper
vegetables
rice

Place first 5 ingredients in crockpot, stir and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Stir in vegetables and cook on HIGH 1 hour.
Place on a bed of rice.

Crockpot Sweet n Sour Meatballs

small meatballs
grape jelly
bbq sauce

Place meatballs in crockpot.
Pour in grape jelly and bbq sauce.
Mix until evenly distributed.
Cook on HIGH 4 hours.

Serve with toothpicks
