I don't eat breakfast. My first meal of the day is about 11:00 am and I try to finish my second before 6:00. My body needs time to rest between my last meal of the day and the first one of the next day -- otherwise it won't burn the fat I have stored on my body.

Let's challenge ourselves to eat a healthy breakfast daily. It gets to be a habit if we do so.
Come in to post what you had - it may also give others ideas for their breakfast.
Let's keep track for one week, easy to do.

Challenge starts Sunday, runs through Saturday.
