Eat foods from your area, plenty of vegetables, a little grains (oatmeal, rye bread, wheat germ, wild rice, brown rice, corn meal), have some fruit, a-n-d----check out the Nordic Diet guidelines on the internet. Walk, walk, walk...you should feel healthier after that I hope. emoticon

This is the diet I've been using and it is a good one, too. I hit a plateau so thought I'd change to one of these others for a month to see if the small differences will end the plateau.

This week I stocked up on canned goods, reading labels as I made choices. Stuck to the Nordic Diet guidelines. It feels healthy to see my cabinets filled with the right foods.
