I have been doin' stretches while I'm sittin' in the chair or in bed. That way my Fibro doesn't start ta act up. If I don't move much it will start ta be bad. Some of y'all understand.

Basically use the treadmill everyday - - I can only walk - - not able to run or jog. Also use very light weights but not while on treadmill.

I've been swimmin' but next week we are gonna start usin' the Nustep at the Y. That is the best than' ever invented. I love it. It's like ridin' a bike but with a seat and ya move your arms also. I used it when I was in the nursin' home. Also, for my Pulmonary Rehab.
I really like goin' ta the Y. Ya get ta meet new people and exercise at the same time. The only downfall is that we can't take our service dogs. I think we could but it's just kinda hard for me ta exercise worrin' about them. Jessie and I are just tryin' ta do our best without them.

I use my recumbent bike, our Tread Stepper, our Universal Gym, dumbbells, and CD'c. Also, I do chair yoga, and some Tai Chi.
