I meant it's low fat compared to ordinary lasagne! Hope you didn't misinterpret this! :-)
To make it even more low fat, use a 1% cottage cheese and a low fat cheese.
2 dl is a little less than a cup. 1 cup = 2,36 dl so, about 0.85 cup...

This is like the vegetarian spinach lasagna I make that my carnivore DH loves. You can always use low-fat 1% or 2% cottage cheese if the fat bothers you. There is also low-fat shredded cheeses, 2% milk fat I think.

My goal for fat in a meal is 10 -12% so that is high for me too. But for a vegetarian that sounds delicious. We have to remember that there are folks on this team who eat cheese and that may be a lower fat option for those who eat higher fat cheeses all of the time.

Umm, that would be a quarter of my daily fat allowance for what's not even a meal sized portion in my opinion. I wouldn't consider it low-fat at all.
I don't find the instructions clear. There are two sauces, effectively, the spinach one and the tomato one, so how many layers?
And as litres are generally a measure of liquids, I don't get 'two decilitres of grated cheese'. Volume wise that's 200cubic centimetres of cheese. Huh?
