Yes, making them larger saves time, but smaller they're "bite size"... sweet potatoe sounds good, will try that too!

I love gnocchi and tried making a spinach gnocchi from scratch once. It was a major disaster! This recipes seems a little more simple so I'll try it!

Can also use sweet potato, pumpkin, etc. And there's no particular need to make them small and dainty, they're just as tasty larger (golf ball size).

Nice recipe!

I often get the question what to cook for a dinner party for a vegetarian / vegan... here is one of my tips: Hand rolled gnocchi... not that difficult when you get the hang of it. Try it!
