I am doing 3 sets of 30 right now. I'm thinking at the end of September I will increase either to 35 reps, or do 4 sets of 30. Haven't decided...

Still keeping up on this - I do take a day off every now and again to give those muscles some rest. I might add a few extra repetitions to each set after this week.

The 4 sets of 30 is still a nice challenge. By the end of the fourth set, my triceps are nicely challenged to finish the reps...

I hope the week has been great for all! I decided to go with 4 sets of 30 reps, instead of 5 sets of 25. I'm happy to feel those muscles working on the added five reps - it makes a difference!!

Hey way to go Roxy. And yes, I did mention a new challenge. Just haven't done it yet.

You are rockin' it girl. Keep it up. You are definitely putting your time to a good use. I actually worked out hard yesterday but most of it was from my bed as I retired for the day. So I put all my info into my trackers this morning for yesterday.

Keep up the good work my dear.

I have to go into a webinar in next couple minutes but I'll be back to finish what I need to here and will keep you posted.

Hi Karen! I am starting with the 5 reps of 25 today! I like the way it feels - might even be brave enough to try the floor pushups in a few weeks!

You mentioned in your email about a new challenge focusing on legs ... I didn't see it on the team page, but might not be looking in the right places?

Thanks Roxy. Takes someone amazing to know someone amazing! Thanks for the encouragement.

Another good workout at the gym today, only a bit more gentle to my body as I was feeling a bit of the pain coming back so I've got to be careful.

So, I did 8 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the treadmill and in-between, I would up doing 10 push-ups from the wall.

Then, I crashed and wound up sleeping for a few hours. Has to be recouping needs. That will pass and I'll be up to your levels girl. :)

You're right about taking a day here and a day there off in your exercising so your body can recoup. Maybe that's what those snoozes are about. My body is telling me what it needs and I'm abiding right now. But down the road, I'll get to the point where I can take a day here or a day there to let my body relax. Appreciate the info. Well needed.

Let's go Bears! I can't wait.

Remember to pick a day every three or four to be gentle in your activity. I understand that with your previous injuries you can't be stagnant or your muscles will rebel, but the body needs those little rests of recovery too... what a balancing act!

Woo Hoo, you go girl! You're doing it. I'm so proud of you. This one got away from me today. But I think it's cuz I was able to get to the gym and do 10 minutes on the treadmill and 12 more minutes on the bike .... loosening up those legs of mine and getting them back to normal.

But way to go Roxy!

Ok, finally got it fixed. Thanks for understanding. Once again, I want to report that I have done the challenge all last week and I have increased my sets from 1 to 3/day and the reps have gone from 10 to 25. Woo Hoo. Great Challenge. Another one soon to come.

Ok, it's time now to get serious about our fitness and start our journey to a better physique!

So, we'll start out by working out our upper arms with this exercise.
