Ok, yippee! I have added this move in to my daily activities. I usually do this move as I wait for my toast. I am glad to report that I have done 10 reps of this one today already, hopefully with more to come.

I have been doing this exercise but not consistently. Today though I was able to do it while waiting for my toast to pop. I actually changed it around a little bit. I did alternating legs instead of doing all reps on one leg and then the other. Doing one rep and then with the other leg was a bit more stressful but it may just be that difficulty I need to strengthen those legs of mine.

Kudos off to the rest of you for sticking it out and continuing on with this current challenge.

Have you been logging your results into your Fitness Tracker here as well? I have and man does that help me stay on the straight and narrow.

Hey, hey, hey! Way to go people. Good to see you all getting on the band wagon. I too have begun this challenge as well. But due to my recuperation, I have to watch how much time I spend SITTING so I may not be here as much as I want to be but I will still report in on the challenges.

So for Monday I did this baby but could only muster one rep of 10/leg. However, I've already done 2 sets of 10 while waiting on my toast this morning so I'm rarin to go on this one. Getting easier and able to lift a bit higher so I know it's helping.

Keep up the good work and let's keep on rooting each on in this challenge. :)

Ok, better late than never, right?

Ok, so let's get started with our NEW CHALLENGE!

This time we're going to work on our hips and help strengthen them so we can continue to depend on our legs to do what they need to do. This one will be difficult for me to do so I'm going to have to modify it until that pinched nerve settles down in my back. So the same goes for you as well. Just do what you can. Don't "over-do" it. Over time, you'll gain more and more strength in your legs which will enable you to do higher and more powerful leg lifts. All in due time .... just remember that!

Let's start out doing FIVE per set, 3 sets (minimum/day). Work yourself up to more and hold yourself accountable by coming back to this Topic and letting us know how you're progressing.
