Well I am always working on scrap booking, but this is completely different because my deadline is Saturday. That's when my best friend turns 30 and I have to have this scrapbook I am making her done. It's a scrapbook on 30 reasons why we are best friends. Wish me luck!

My best weight loss tip was when I listened to add strength training. Those little muscles building up really help take the weight off!

I'm working on getting as many Ruffle scarves done as I can before this weekend. Then next week is a business trip so I'll be crocheting a cute fall scarf on the plane. emoticon

Craft:
I'm working on an afghan throw - country flowers - only I'm making the flowers different colors. I like lots of color. I need to make 108 squares for it but it's an easy pattern and fun. And I get to use up some of those scrap yarns I've been hoarding since forever!
W/L
I pretty much don't listen to others - I eat what I know my body can handle, being careful to take only normal half-portion sizes - I exercise gently but steadily, increasing when I find the workout becomes too easy. This has worked for me this time around.

I'm at goal weight give or take a pound or two and I got there by not listening to anyone's tips or advise.I did it all on my own with some books and my husbands help.
