I powerwalked/ran emoticon on the treadmill which was fun, because I just put some new music on my phone!Can you say 5.73miles emoticon

Right after that I did Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" workout and I felt like such a rookie doing this workout today emoticon . I used emoticon 3lb weights for the workout and had to put them down a couple of times but I finished the workout, so I am proud of myself! emoticon

Ok so I NEED the ACCOUNTABILITY challenge. I have only worked out once this week. Well today I plan on doing 65 minutes on the elliptical. 3 sets of wall squats, 2 sets of wall push ups, 3 sets of crunches at the least. i will report back tomorrow confirming my work out.

Tuesday-In the morning I Powerwalked with some friends in there neighborhood emoticon
After that I did my Core Synergistics workout emoticon
After that I got on my emoticon treadmill and ran for 33 minutes

Today I emoticon powerwalked with some friends for 43 minutes--Came home and did my Kenpo workout emoticon
