Week 2 of the January fitness minutes challenge starts today!!! emoticon

Remember the Rules:
1.Exercise at least 30 mins per day for 6 days per week (a minimum of 180 mins per week). Fitness minutes include : Warm Up, Cool down, Cardio, Strength training and flexibility training. Fitness minutes do not include normal day to day activities like cleaning, gardening etc. You can do your minutes 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes at a time throughout the day, whichever works best for you.

2. Fitness minutes weeks run from Sunday to Saturday. Each week you will update your progress by editing your original post ( emoticon emoticon do not make a new post every week unless its an emergency). The deadline is 10:00 am on Monday mornings [in order to accommodate persons who don't have internet access at home]. If you miss the deadline your minutes won't count towards your team total for that week emoticon emoticon let your team captain know if you have an emergency.

3. If you fail to post your fitness minutes 2 weeks in a row and don't contact your team captain you will be removed from the challenge.

4. Each team will be awarded a bonus point for every member who attains 180 minutes per week and 1 point for every member that participates each week. 1 point = 1 minute.

5. The winning team will be determined by the best average per team (bonus points will be added before calculating the average).

January fitness minutes challenge officially starts today; teams will be posted tomorrow morning.

Remember the Rules:
1.Exercise at least 30 mins per day for 6 days per week (a minimum of 180 mins per week). Fitness minutes include : Warm Up, Cool down, Cardio, Strength training and flexibility training. Fitness minutes do not include normal day to day activities like cleaning, gardening etc. You can do your minutes 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes at a time throughout the day, whichever works best for you.

2. Fitness minutes weeks run from Sunday to Saturday. Each week you will update your progress by editing your original post ( emoticon emoticon do not make a new post every week unless its an emergency). The deadline is 10:00 am on Monday mornings [in order to accommodate persons who don't have internet access at home]. If you miss the deadline your minutes won't count towards your team total for that week emoticon emoticon let your team captain know if you have an emergency.

3. If you fail to post your fitness minutes 2 weeks in a row and don't contact your team captain you will be removed from the challenge.

4. Each team will be awarded a bonus point for every member who attains 180 minutes per week and 1 point for every member that participates each week. 1 point = 1 minute.

5. The winning team will be determined by the best average per team (bonus points will be added before calculating the average).

Let's see which done girl will rack up the most minutes each week. emoticon
