Thanks for the mini-challenge! I happen to be a person who always writes little love notes for my significant other and leaves them in places around the house. I'm such a sap. Haha. But I should write a few love notes to other people, like my mom and dad, to let them know how much I love them. Good idea!

I would love to join as well! I have missed the first weigh-in but would really enjoy being part of this challenge. I have been on Spark for awhile but haven't gotten involved in the community and I would like that to change! Everyone needs people around them to help support and motivate them so it's about time I build that support!

The weight tends to come off rather slow for me these days now that I have gotten down this far (down from 225 lbs) so my goals will reflect that difficulty.

Hi Ladies!! emoticon
emoticon everyone for joining the challenge and giving it your best! We all rock whether we met our weight goal this round or not! emoticon to all who did meet this weeks goal! emoticon

Well I am trying not to let my results bother me...but I struggle. My start was 184 and I hoped to land 182. Didn't happen. In fact I gained 2 lbs. The thing is is that a part of me knows that some is water weight due to visitor. Yet this nagging feeling tells me otherwise. I have readjusted my goals accordingly.

I really struggled the past week staying positive. I haven't blogged yet, but will do so as soon as I have the chance. I need to read up on some articles on positive thinking or how to combat negative thinking.

My boyfriend today even commented that he feels like we need counseling because, I "am always crying and never have joy". Sigh....

I used to have a better attitude and like I have said on my initial post I am positive towards other people and can easily encourage them, but myself not so much.

Ok Guys I'm In. I have had a very difficult time this summer, and I am happy that I maintained most of my weight loss, but I am ready and need to be accounted for myself. DGs has been so supportive!
My goal now is to be on track and weigh in on Oct 31. I could def use accountability
SW: 263 (gained a lot over this past weekend)

Halloween 10/31: Goal: 164; Actual: 181.5 ... as I said I fell of the wagon, but I've been back on track since 10/24, when I weighed in at 185. I'm psyched to see some progress! My new goal is to be 174 by Thanksgiving!

Hiya DBTFG peeps! I would love to join this challenge and it looks like I am just in time too!

I have been struggling not to be too overly negative because I have gained back so much of the weight I had lost that I am almost back to my starting weight of 256 from January 2007. So I will again be starting SP's 5K Your Way Walk/Jog plan to re-spark my weightloss. I am totally excited about the possibilities.

Ready as can be for mini challenge. This is going to be a big challenge for me as I am one negative Nancy to be sure. The thing is...is that I have no problem being positive towards other people and enjoy encouraging them. I just have issues being positive about myself and any of my circumstances.
