I have disc 1 and use it just for fun. It doesn't usually give me enough of a work out to use it as my regular cardio but when I'm feeling lazy and want to feel a bit more sexy it is the perfect pick-me-up!

Because the end result is worth the fight.

I had Fit to Strip. It was a good workout...but then one night I was feeling particularly ugly...she said something along the lines of "Be sexy..." and I flipped out because Im NOT sexy and snapped the DVD in half, lol.

I own all of them! I bought them in a boxed set off of ebay for $5 that was new!

I love the Hip Hop routine, and the lap dance is fun too. If you are just starting to work out, I would suggest buying the whole set because it takes more work the higher in the series.

I do like Disc 2, it focuses on a lot of the things I care about toning.

This is all coming from the perspective of a person that only took one workout class in four years though, I have only been able to do things like serious aerobics or running for long periods of time recently. I think they are great beginners workouts, and I did feel sexy while I was doing it.

I hope that helps!

So these aren't just a marketing ploy using her sex appeal and then it turns out to not be a real workout? I like anything that is different and challenging. My sister bought Zumba and we have so much fun with that...even if we are pouring buckets at the end!

Life is short...wear heels!

I am loving working out... it's a top priority now. It helps that my daughter loves the kid gym provided and asks to go often! Thanks 24 hr Fitness!

I've been wondering about this too. I'll have to check out disc 2.

If you are just looking for a nice workout, then disc 2 (Fit to Strip) is all that you need. The other ones aren't as intense, but they are fun.

I have them... They aren't bad. I love the disc 2, which is a toning one. It's an easy workout and it's fun too. If you like to dance, I recommend it. It's mostly low intense cardio workouts.

I bought it because I wanted to look lean and not bulky, especially my legs.
