Yes I have some high protein almonds. 20 G protein only 1 g fat.

I suggest getting some protein bars as protein helps maintain stability of BG levels.
BTW: Congrats. My grandson is a TKD blackbelt. It takes a lot of discipline.

Next weekend I am going to a seminar for Tkd which involves an all day training. I am not sure how to adjust my eating. I think I am going to monitor closely and eat something every two hours. I’m not on insulin but other meds. Any suggestions beyond this?
This is a three day seminar. I am aiming to get my black belt before I am 60
