Eating cheese and crackers isn't the best idea for your diet, but that doesn't make it any less difficult to resist them when you're at a party. If you decide to dip into a decadent nosh, enjoy the cheese but save some calories by skipping the crackers. Most crackers are high in sodium and fat and they don't add much flavor to the treat. Oat crackers, for instance, have 115 calories per two tiny squares. Indulge yourself a little, but pass over the pointless calories wherever you can!
