ok, my goals for this week are:

Drink at least 64 oz a day of water

walk 15 minutes a day

kick up my cardio since my strenth training is going to be weird for a while cuz of my golf elbow. (no I don't play golf) lol

keep quitting! (I quit smoking on May 10 of this year, and haven't cheated once!)

Write 15 minutes a day.

register for summer school and get money situation figured out. :)

I have the same goals I have for 2 weeks now:

-Up by 9 (10 on weekends)
-Breakfast by 9:30
-Make bed
-Lunch by 1:30
-Dinner by 7:30
-30 min cardio daily
-Strength Training 3x per week
-No activities in bed (live in studio, had insomnia)
-Read The Spark (finished it on 5/11)
