Last week I was busting my rear on home construcion and staying up a little too late, to want to get to the gym.
This week, still bust my rear on the house cause I have to, but try to go to bed at 10 and get to the gym at least 4 times this week...and eat healthier with my new NuWave Oven I am getting Monday!

Here are my goals for the week --

1. ride my bike 3x / week
2. do Rosetta Stone for 4 hours per week (I've got a 2 year goal of being fluent in German)
3. do my flylady routines 4 times / week (my apartment isn't ready for company, and that embarasses me)

I've been packing my lunch to work everyday, and making pretty healthy food, so I don't think I need to mark that down anymore.

This week my focus is eating breakfast everyday. I think I need to be very specific on my goals. I have already mastered and pretty much due 95% of the time - water intake, tracking & earn 50 sp points daily. Now I want to add the breakfast to 95% of the time.

For the week of July 12th I'd like to track as much of my eating as possible (going out to a Mexican restaurant on Wednesday night and not sure how that's going to work out...), get in at least one 20-minute walk during the day (split my lunch hour up so I can walk in the morning at some point...and maybe again in the afternoon), drink lots of water and keep the alcohol consumption to a minimum.

To start engaging in my "Spark Teams" a little more regularly!

Weight: Lose 15 lbs total from my start weight by the Fourth of July

H2O - Drink AT LEAST 4 cups of water a day for 30 days. (yes, I know I should strive for 8, but we are starting a new habit and I am not a water fan. Remember - I want the goal to be achievable!)

Calories - track all food every day in my food tracker - regardless of whether I am going to make my calories or not!

ok, my goals for this week are:

kick up my cardio since my strenth training is going to be weird for a while cuz of my golf elbow. (no I don't play golf) lol

keep quitting! (I quit smoking on May 10 of this year, and haven't cheated once!)

I have the same goals I have for 2 weeks now:

-Up by 9 (10 on weekends)
-Breakfast by 9:30
-Make bed
-Lunch by 1:30
-Dinner by 7:30
-30 min cardio daily
-Strength Training 3x per week
-No activities in bed (live in studio, had insomnia)
-Read The Spark (finished it on 5/11)

I'm so far off track. My goal this week is to get 10 min of exercise in every day and get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. I just need to get back on track.
