Okay so the year is almost 1/2 over. How are you doing on your 2015 health goals. Well this month lets do a 30 day challenge to make it happen.

My goal is for next 30 days to log everything. Every snack, food, exercise. I want to find out if I really follow this, that it can make a difference.
