Hi. I just joined this group so here are my 10/7 activities

Free Step 3600 30 minutes
Perfect 10 (not sure just bought Plus yesterday)

I will keep better track for tomorrow but 44 coins for today

Since I just started the Wii Fit (again) I have nothing unlocked. So for today:

Challenge:
- Free Run
- 2 or 3 activities of your choice

What I did:
basic short run twice which unlocked the long run and so I did that also
Then I did stepping for 6 min
soccer, yoga & 2 aerobics exercises for a total of 23 minutes.

I just joined Spark last week and I found this group today. I bought my Wii system last November especially to buy the Wii fit, but it is sadly underused! I sometimes go months between turning it on because I just don't think of it when I have the time. I am excited about this group and this challenge because I think it will help me to be motivated to USE my Wii fit AND get in that little bit more excercise that I could always use.

My again and again activities for the remainder of the week will be:
Penguin
and
Table Tilt

in addition I am going to try one new yoga and one new strength excercise each day (I have hardly touched these at all!)

Thanks for the inspiration!
