It takes some getting used to. It is like a thin mayonnaise. I use the Josephs flat rollup bread loaded with veggies so it is more to give it some moisture. I do like the lower calories of the nonfat yogurts.

Never quit dreaming.

I just heard this on Spark Radio Chef Meg was talking about recipes with Plain Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream.
I also have been incorporating Plain Greek Yogurt to me meals.
Good swap!

I have been substituting yogurt in recipes calling for sour cream and I do like it. I think it is the tang it adds. When I served it to some relatives without telling them, no one noticed, or if they did, they didn't complain.

I'm addicted to the Dannon Light n Fit Greek yogurt. It's sweetened so it goes down a bit better....80 calories a serving and so creamy!

I love yogurt also. I try to divide between regular and Greek since one is higher in calcium and the other is higher in protein. Did you read the blog on the start page today about eating fresh veggies with the dip made with yogurt instead of sour cream and a packet of onion soup mix? I am going to try it with a dip of half fat free sour cream and half Greek yogurt and see how it comes out.

The yogurt helps me hit my calories and keeps me under in fat. Plus, I am just an addict. I am lactose intolerant so I can't drink milk, but can't get enough yogurt. I have at least 2-4 a day.

Am doing a bit better, but won't get a cast until 8/1. Guess they don't care about how often I unwrap and readjust this 3-piece splint of plaster. It moves at night while I am sleeping and I wake up with my foot feeling like it wants to fall off.

But things could be worse. I am trying to keep up with all my workouts - doing almost everything with 1 leg. There's a few I have to skip. But I added in some leg lifts and stuff I can do in bed.

I just get a little down because there are so many things that I need to do, and it's stuff that Aunt Dinah can't do - like mow the yard and stuff.

Aren't you supposed to be out enjoying your anniversary? What are you doing online?

You are not alone, I love them, they are also easy to bring to work and have them ready when you get a hunger attack or when you have a stressful situation. I eat at least 2 per day. I have to try these flavors when I run out of my present stash.
I was having problems getting my calcium balanced and they have helped for sure.
I hope you are doing better. Issy

I don't know about everyone else but I am addicted to yogurt all over again. I know Greek Yogurt is the new thing, but I'll stick to my Publix brand yogurts. I just finished a carrot cake yogurt that was so yummy I no longer want the piece of Dove chocolate sitting beside me.

My favorite flavors are the Guava Pastry, Black Forest Cake, Lemon Chiffon, Peach, Pina Colada, and more! They are fat free light, so they all have less than 19 carbs, and under 120 calories and no fat at all.

i jsut thought I needed to share my revisited addiction. When I was losing weight before, and I wasn't even exercising, I was eating at least 4 or 5 servings of yogurt a day.

Maybe I should expand to yoga-urt?? LOL
