way to go, girls! i have not gotten as many minutes as i had hoped for, but am pleasingly surprised with the results of my more intense, but shorter workouts.

Way to go, Monica, your goal is in sight. That is challenging to do in the hospital room, unless you want to do strength training, pushups, lunges, crunches, maybe throw in a set of stairs

alright girls, here goes...again...tried posting yesterday, but laptop went dead. i'll add my monthly minutes to the total team minutes, and if thats not right, someone can change it accordingly.

here's to us all having a great month! emoticon

I'll be doing both challenges with the primary focus on tracking my calories, since that is where i'm struggling now...i'll still keep fitness minutes with a goal slightly above last month so i dont slack in that area...hopefully, i'll be able to get it all together at the same time and reap the rewards!

I want to do at least 1 hour a day, six days a week, so 1500 min.

Back by popular demand -- the monthly fitness minutes challenge!

If you want to participate in this challenge then figure out how many fitness minutes you want to work towards in February and post them here.
