List up to 3 goals for 2/7-14--1.) I will eat more veggies , 2.) I will sleep 8 hrs, 3.) I will walk every day.I am eating more veggies. I sleep a good 8 hrs and feel rested. I got a booboo on my leg that has a hard time healing , so yes I have to walk every day now

Goal 1, Sleep 8 hrs per night Goal 2. Drink 8 cups water per day. Goal 3. Try to walk 15 min day I'm sleeping my 8 hrs per night or more. I'm getting all my water in, but I need to try harder on my walking
