It could be "Preventative Medicine" for all kinds of Health Problems.

Just moved back to Vegas so I get to ride my bike more, getting off a 3 month off season I went from 159 to 170 pounds. My goals are to slim back down, want to hit 145 for a good competitive race weight and get a few races in this year. Trying to justify a new bike frame. ;)

Good goals. I haven't been on here for a long time but I need to get started with something and here is where I am starting. I have a lap band and have lost 85 pounds but havent lost anything this last year.....up 10 down 10 back and forth.....I also had two knee replacements in these past two years also....doing well but I need to get back with the excercise and diet so that I can get this last 85 pounds off..... I encourage all of us to make 2012 a great year of following thru on our goals looks like you have been doing well....Welcome to Vegas, We have been here over 9 years and love it.

To lose 43 lbs, to move easier, exercise regulary and eat healthy! To live in the present and enjoy life! and to get to know Vegas as I am a new transplant from NY!

Walk 10,000 steps per day
Get 8 hours of sleep per day
Walk/Run 4 Miles per Week
Drink 8 or more glasses of water per day
Free Weights 3 times per week
3 classes at gym per week emoticon

emoticon Habits that I plan to work on this Year:

1.) Walk 15,000 steps per day
2.) Burn 500 Calories per day at least 5 Days a week.
3.) Continue my 10+ Minutes a Day Exercise Streak. I am at Day # 264, and my Goal is to do 1,000 Days.
4.) Blog at least 3 times a week.
