emoticon I wrote down what I did and how many minutes and points on a dry erase board in my living room and it makes it more FUN to think I can share it with people who are on the same healthy path that I am. Here goes:

Yoga Poses (First of all, I NEVER do these, so you are all STRETCHING me which is GOOD.)
- Deep breath emoticon 88 points
- Half moon (twice) 77 points
- Warrior (FUN) 92 points
- Standing Knee (failed it first time...did it again with determination) 82 points

Hula Hoop (10 minutes) 3232 spins

Balance Bubble (never made it through but tried it 4 times!) 1003 yards was my record

Kung Fu (Love this!) 780 points

I exercised 30 minutes total. Now I know that I didn't do exactly what was on the schedule, BUT I am thrilled to have posted today and I'll try to get more with the program!
