I use Robert Ullrey's podcast from my iphone. It's free. I heard there are others out there that have better music but I like this one.

Speaking of the i-phone c25k app., I have that and also downloaded Suz's c25k podcast. Anyone have any others that they recommend? Both are great! I like to mix it up and don't want to be missing something good:)

Congratulations on starting week 2! I LOVE the C25K app for the touch. I couldn't imagine doing the program without podcasts and especially appreciate the app because I could use my own music. Enjoy the program!

today was my first day of week 2. Instead of trying to kill myself by just starting to run, I'm going to stick with this program. Today I used my wife's ipod touch with the C25K app. I ran better, because it enabled me just to "go" without worrying about checking a watch.
I've been focusing on running "relaxed" and with focus, rather than just taking off and I hope that it will pay off down the road. I'm trying to lose 10% of my body weight in 12 weeks. (I started at 240 and want to be at 216 by 16 August). I think its cool to think about being stronger by then and that I'll be carrying 24 less pounds.
