Congrats on finishing Week 2! For me, the program itself is a great motivator...It's really cool to move from one week to the next. Also, I can physically see changes which is very motivating.

I just finished W2 and feel that I can really do this. I hope that I am this excited after W3. Does anyone have any advise to keep me moving? emoticon
