I don't like to set a poundage goal on a challenge because everybody loses at different rates. How much weight would you like to lose by March? I'm going to be posting some challenges for you to do everyday. I want everyone to focus on doing some kind of activity. I'm going to be posting for 3 days of strength and 3 days of cardio, with one rest day.

Monday, February 6th

Push ups (modified or regular)

Bicycle crunches

planks

Burpees (squat thrusts)

I'm aiming for 10 each, 3 sets throughout your day. Please modify as needed and post what you were able to do!

My goal is to lose 7 pounds this month.

I'm learning to be brave in my beautiful mistakes
