Today, to get out of our Monday rut, we're going to jump around with jumping jacks! you can do modified ones if you are not physically able to complete them. modified jumping jacks are when you lift up one leg, alternating, when you're supposed to jump. do 15-20 two to three times throughout your day to get your blood moving!

squat thrusts aka burpies!
do these 10-15 times 2-3 times throughout your day. these are a great full body exercise that's lots of fun!
