I think I might give this a try then! I will freeze them as you suggested. I usually use frozen fruit so that makes sense. Also, I will swap out the sugar. Maybe honey or Splenda. Thanks!

Yes, you should definitely be able to use the watermelon and cucumber instead of just the juice. It seems like once you blend them, it will end up being mostly juice anyway, right? That's my opinion. Let me know how it comes out.

I put my watermelon in the freezer because I like my smoothies extra cold and frosty. I'm out of cucumbers, so I probably won't get to give this a try until next week but I'm really looking forward to trying this one!

That sounds really great! I have the powerful Bullet blender. Do you think that I could use the entire watermelon and cucumber instead of just the juice? I like to get more fibre that way. I think the combination sounds really tasty and fresh. Thanks!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups (16 ounces) fresh watermelon juice from about 6 cups diced watermelon flesh
3/4 cup (6 ounces) fresh cucumber juice from about 1 large cucumber
1 1/2 teaspoons (1/4 ounce) fresh mint juice from about 15 mint leaves with stems
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice from 1 to 2 limes
1 tablespoon sugar, optional
