emoticon LDYGUENIVR and emoticon to SparkPeople and the team...Nice to have you with us on the journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Until you are absolutely sure there is a reason to be scared, stay positive; worry takes up a lot of time and energy. There are few things that all one thing or another, so don't be so hard on yourself and think you no longer care. If you didn't care, the change you've noticed wouldn't worry you at all. Don't forget all the external forces that impact your time and taps into your energy. I don't know if you journal but I found it very helpful to identify activities that clutter my life and drain me as well as items that have fallen off my activities list (for whatever reason) that always seem to be able to energize me and put me in a good mood that I need to add back. If you are taking medication, it may be having an undesired effect and you need to speak with your doctor for more consultation. Also, use the SP Nutrition Tracker to see if you're putting into your body the type of nutrients it needs; the same is true for the SP Fitness tracker, energy generates energy. emoticon

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I realized today that I used to get up.....do my makeup....hair.... exercise more regularly... eat better.... binge less.... and now I'm lucky to get up in enough time to dress properly and throw my hair in a ponytail.... its like I don't even care about how I look anymore or about taking care of myself......when did I stop caring???!!! This is a new low for me.....and it scares me :-(
