It is paralyzing to have back and him pain. Physical therapy has helped me through the years, but it is getting really bad now. I also find it easier and soothing to work out in the water.

Physical therapy might be a good idea, as Kris suggested. My hip pain was different (mostly when moving) and I ended up getting a hip replacement.

I hope you get answers and help. Pain is no fun.

I often used to have this problem, related to arthritis, scoliosis and sciatica AND a weak core. When I was referred to extensive rehab after a bad car accident, the Registered Physiotherapist/Certificated Fitness Trainer did an very extensive examination and was able to give me specific exercises to deal with the variety of problems. I haven't had much pain since. Mind you, I have also dropped 27kg which would have helped quite a bit, too.

Need to see the doctor soon for hip and thigh pain. I'm fine when I'm moving, but when I have to stand for long periods of time, the aches come back with a vengeance. Anyone else have/had the same problem?
