Le but de ce défi est de faire le plus de tour possible en équipe. 1 tour est égal à 325 répétitions.
Ça fonctionne comment?
Les lignes sont numérotées de 25 à 1. lorsqu'on participe, on doit prendre la prochaine ligne disponible et inscrire l'exercice qu'on a fait. le nombre de répétition est indiqué par le chiffre.
Par exemple :

25 - pushup au mur - Helene
24 - step ups - Helene
23 -
22 -

la prochaine personne devra faire 23 répétitions de l'exercice de son choix. Elle pourra faire aussi 22 répétitions du même exercice ou d'un autre. c'est à votre goût.

Quand on a fait le 1 on repart à 25 pour le prochain tour.

Voyons combien de temps ça va prendre pour faire 10 tours
