I walk everyday with our dog. Tomorrow I am starting on a new exercise routine progame from Sparkpeople as well as my daily walking with our dog ( just brought myself a pair of dumbells ). On average I walk up to an hour everyday.

DH and I walked another 2 miles. It is a beautiful "fall" crisp day outside! :) Rain has stopped for a while but is supposed to rain through tomorrow.
