I do hope your feeling better. I read through cycle 1. I will read more when I go to the dr. You know waiting rooms. I will have time. Hurt my right wrist somehow and whole hand is swollen and wrist hurts!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am going to start this on Saturday I have decided this will be my starting point. Hope I will be able to drop the weight by walk run and crack the fat-loss!

GREAT! Jenny I think you will like it! I am starting my deplete today AGAIN, because I had the flu and then went on a trip to North Carolina; so hopefully I will be successful in making it thru this time.
