SEVEN NATURAL WONDERS OF THE WORLD

Come join us on a trip to see the Seven Natural Wonders of the World!


Our goal is to make 300 visits to the Seven Natural Wonders.

**Everyone’s exercise level is different so if you run across a day or task that you cannot do, it can be replaced with an exercise that is equivalent or an exercise that you can perform at your level.**

CHALLENGE
*Your trip will begin August 18.
*You will visit each of the Natural Wonders of the World.
*You can visit these in any order.
*You can visit as many Wonders in a day as you want.


Mount Everest

1. Drink 6-8 glasses of healthy fluids.
2. Do 5 minutes of stretching exercises.


Rio de Janeiro Harbour

1. Track your food intake for the day.
2. Do 5 Core exercises.

Great Barrier Reef

1. Eat a healthy lunch
2. Spend some time outside doing something you enjoy.

Victoria Falls

1. Take 10 minutes to rest.
2. Leave a Spark Goodie or message on a team member’s page.

Paricutin Volcano

1. Plan your meals for the day.
2. Do 5 ST exercises.

Grand Canyon

1. Eat breakfast today.
2. Do 5 Upper Body exercises.

Aurora Borealis

1. Eat 5 freggies. (fruit and veggies). Try to make it colorful.
2. Do 5 Lower Body exercises.


TRACKING
*We will track on the Seven Wonders Tracking thread.
*The first member to VISIT A WONDER will start a list with #1.
*They will put the number, their name, the initials of their team and the Wonder visited.
*After that, each of us will copy and paste the list to add our names, teams and Wonders.

Example:
1. Member one- AB – Mount Everest
2. Next Member- EG – Great Barrier Reef
3. Next member- SD – Grand Canyon
4.
When we reach #300, we will have met our goal. Woo Hoo!
