Go some half priced salmon so had it 3 times.
We don't celebrate Thanksgiving but I think it is a great thing, taking time to recognize the good things in our life. I have good family, friends, a car plenty (too much) to eat, clean water and enough money provided I am frugal to provide for my needs

Went to the doctor and asked about old wives tale that tomatoes were not good for Arthritis. I like tomato and eat them often and get criticized. He looked it up and said still no evidence that tomato and oranges are harmful to Arthritis. He said any for of alcohol is still the most harmful but everyone denies it.

I bought some tomatoes, mixed small size, yesterday in a plastic punnet when got home it had a small sachet of salt and oil. This would be the weight of a small tomato. I wasn't happy and not sure it sends a healthy message.
