If you have refrigeration-- yogurts are good too-- I like to mix a can of tuna with my salad and dress it with lemon, fruits are always good too.. I also like to bring the lowfat cheese sticks

One bite, one day, one pound at a time. Remember you are worth the effort!

Hi! Well, my first thought is to take a sandwich made with a lean meat like turkey with low fat mayonnaise and a fruit like an apple. Another good lunch could be hot soup in a thermos bottle. There are plenty of various kinds of crackers out there. I have seen folks take salad ingredients, then mix them up during designated lunch times.
A snack? Well, my first thoughts are peanut butter crackers or something like carrot sticks. Always carry something sweet as insurance in case you get a low sugar attack. Juice in a can, perhaps?
Bring artificial sugar packets to sweeten beverages like iced tea with, or you could have a diet coke, decaffinated! I hope these ideas will help!
