Toning my pecs has not had any effect on my breasts. Be aware, however, that a great deal of breast mass is fat, so as you lose weight you may lose some fat in your boobs. If nothing else, it should help keep your body properly proportioned; toning your pecs is just part of the overall process. Good luck!

Toning the pectoral muscles shouldn't have any effect on breast tissue, but does help improve posture. I wouldn't worry about it!

This is going to be a weird question I know but I'm not quite sure where to ask it.

So I have had three kids and have been about 250lbs for several years. My boobs look like it. I've started weight training and have been working out my upper back and chest. It is mostly to improve my posture as I have a fair amount of back pain.

I'm wondering if my pecs get more tones and there is some definition will it look weird with my sagging boobs? I know nothing short of surgery is going to make them perky again but I don't want my chest to look weird.

Anyone have any idea if this is a rational concern?
