Erika's August challenge

1. Plan(ish) and evaluate food every day
2. Stick with 8-hour eating interval (8am-4pm) on days without heavy exercise
3. Daily goal

Week 1
8/2/20 Rating 50%
8/3/20 Goal for today: No sugar--met Rating 80%
8/4/20 Goal for today: awareness and conscious decision on every bite Rating 60%...don't think I ate too many calories but pretty far from plan
8/5/20 Goal for today: don't eat beyond 80% fullness Rating 90%
8/6/20 Goal for today: stay hungry (light exercise day) Rating 70%
8/7/20 Goal for today: stay hungry Rating 70%
8/8/20 Goal for today: focus on my WHY Rating 20%

8/9/20 Goal for today: eat only at mealtime Rating 100%
8/10/20 Goal for today: eat only at mealtime and track on WW

8/27/20 Rating for yesterday 85% Goal for today: 10 mins yoga
8/28/20 Rating for yesterday 60%. Did 5 mins of yoga, at least I did get on the mat. Goal for today: 10 mins yoga
8/29/20 Rating for yesterday 0%, no yoga at all. Goal for today: no food at Abby's.

8/30/20 Rating for yesterday 100%! Goal for today: 10 mins yoga
8/31/20 Rating for yesterday 70% Goal for today: NO Snacks! I guess I have to write it down every single day

My goals:
1. Accept and be grateful for my body and my metabolism as they are. No feeling sorry for myself.
2. Veggies and protein at every meal. Fasting 16 hours every 24, when possible due to exercise schedule.
3. Mindful eating. Pay attention to every bite.
4. No guilt when I am unable to stay on plan. When I get off track, get back on ASAP.
