I have been doing 100 crunches in the morning before the kids wake up and 50 while there watching their afternnon tv and 150 after they go to bed iam waiting till tuesday to weigh myself and update my measurements...hopefully ill start seeing results soon.. been doinhg it for 2 weeks emoticon

50 single crunches during every commercial. I've been doing it. in a week and a half i lost 5 pounds and 1 inch of my waist

I HAVE FOUND THAT IF YOU DO JUST 50 CRUNCHES IN BETWEEN COMMERCIALS OF A ONE HOUR SHOW ONCE EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. LETS TRY IT THIS WEEK AND SEE WHO WILL SEE THE MOST RESULTS.
