I HAVE FOUND IT TO BE A GOOD QUICK WORKOUT TO JUST LAY ON THE FLOOR WHILE WATCHING TV AND USE MY STOMACH MUSCLES TO LIFT MY LEGS IN THE AIR. IF WE JUST TRY TO DO 15-20 3 TIMES A DAY I THINK WE COULD REALLY LOSE SOME OF THAT STOMACH FAT.

LIVE EVERY DAY TO YOUR FULLEST AND ALWAYS TELL THE ONES YOU LOVE HOW MUCH YOU CARE AND LOVE THEM, BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THE NEXT DAY WILL BRING.
